I have a second composer module inside the main composer module (coloured red in screenshot)
This second composer has a short midi sequence which targets a synth inside the rack of the second composer module.
I have a main song creation playing midi synths and automating FX inside the main composer.
How do I now trigger this second (red) composer module and its sequence within the main composer module? I want to trigger it at a set point in the main song so it then plays its sequence.

Basically:
* Setup the Note Action Map in the red composer so that certain incoming notes play the Live Scenes / Time Line sections you want.
* Now in the main composer add a track that targets that red composer and insert sequence part(s) that play the relevant notes that will trigger the Note Action Map in the red composer.
Hope this helps.

Perfect, thank you.
Love this new feature BTW - this should make my large projects much easier to manage and lead to even more creative fun.

Indeed the Note Action Map can be used to implement a "meta composer" that simply triggers live scenes & time line sections in sub-composers. It's my intention to also make a video about this.

A video will definitely be required - especially for anyone new to MuLab as this level of modularity will be so new to many users and potentially confusing... it got me and I have been using MuLab since it was called Luna!
