I can't open my waveform project file

I opened my waveform and saw that the project file that I've been working on was missing. I tried opening the project file manually but instead I get an error message.
Can anyone help me with this?

Did you move the file?
What happens if you hit win+e (to open file explorer), and then in the "Search this PC" box, type in "*.traction" (without the quotes) and let it search your entire PC to see where you may have tracktion projects saved?
