I started with MSF and now own the complete bundle. I think Melda stuff is awesome. I'm no pro when it comes to music rather just a hobbiest whose first taste of synths was with an EMS VCS3 at school way back in the 70s. But I am a professional software developer and just love the consistent design of the whole suite of plugins (I'm also a drummer!). Anyway I can see the massive amount of work and effort not to mention skill that's gone into all this and I'm very impressed. I now use M bundle to teach my son the theory of sound design, it's a fantastic tool for tweaking, tinkering and gaining understanding of the makeup of sound. I regret my first post on this forum was a bug report, I should have written this first. I love the whole thing and Thank you again.

I am also into Melda. For some people, it is just too much, which I understand. I think you have an advantage coming from a development background. Mine is engineering, so I kind of love the complexity and feature access the suite gives me.
You use it for teaching? This is the first time I am hearing that. This seems like a challenge on its own. Could you go into detail about your approach?

I love the consistency of the plugins , the autogain functions, the resizeable windows, free updates for life and deep functionality if you want to go there. I am amazed at how tightly coded the plugins are. Melda rolls out updates across all of the plugins so quickly. Authorization is a snap and the installer allows you install what you want. A developer who deserves the praise!

Praise is great, but a bug report is more useful, so don't regret itsag_the_great wrote: Fri May 27, 2022 7:40 pm I regret my first post on this forum was a bug report, I should have written this first.

Agreed, bug reports are essential. Melda is pretty good at squashing them. Have no regrets. No product is perfect.aMUSEd wrote: Fri May 27, 2022 10:43 pmPraise is great, but a bug report is more useful, so don't regret itsag_the_great wrote: Fri May 27, 2022 7:40 pm I regret my first post on this forum was a bug report, I should have written this first.

It wasn't the Realphones one was it? Someone who participated in that had just about the best delays I've ever heard on the vocals.Alan Valdez wrote: Sat May 28, 2022 6:29 am I use the MCompleteBundle to mix almost exclusively and I'm super happy with it! Working my way up in the eco system of Melda plugins. Way too much money in one go for me and also - sooo much to learn everywhere. Best sound quality I know of.

The 50% or 60% off everything sales are always a good time to expand your collection. I went for bits and pieces taking advantage of Eternal Madness, then during one of the "everything" sales upped my game to the MEssentialsFX Bundle, which lives up to its name.jan-sandahl wrote: Sat May 28, 2022 9:35 pm Working my way up in the eco system of Melda plugins. Yes, that's my preferred path too. SoundFactory is like having demos of most plugins. Good way to get a feel for what is a must-have plugin outside of it. It's an insanely generous package!
