Upgrade option for Waveform10 to 12

Hello,

I own "Tracktion Waveform 10 Basic" (the paid version) and would like to get the latest version, Waveform 12 (not sure about the naming, but again the "Basic" version with no extra Plugins).
Is there an upgrade option for 10 to 12?
I could only find one for 11 to 12?
Do I have to buy a new version of Waveform 12 Pro for 149$ or is there a better deal?
Can I expect special offers in the near future, perhaps on 4th of July?

There's always a decent July 4 sale. Definitely wait a week or two! As far as upgrade options, you might contact Brian at Tracktion's support...he helped me in the past with all sorts of custom things.
