Bordering on becoming a little sad.
A joke now and then is cool. But its becoming real tough to distinguish between the REAL news and the mindless bullshit.
Cant force people to stop. But at the moment, this forum one big joke.
Sincerely,
Dan.

I’ll tell you why this is annoying, and if it makes me “boring”, oh the f**k well. I check this place out for news to post on TF. Real news. Which means I have to weed through all the bullshit you twats find amusing. In the past few days Jules died, Microsoft bought Tracktion, Version 2 has been released 43 times, and now we have a false update report. Oh, you’re right. That’s some hilarious shit. I can barely contain myself. I find I have a pretty good sense of humor but this is just stupid.
When I first started using T one of the big selling points was how cool and helpful the community was. I feel really sorry for all the new people who have joined the community recently due to the NFR release to find themselves surrounded by idiots.
I suppose if I now type “Just kidding!” or add a graphic of something sticking its tongue out it will make my post non offensive and funny! So… “Just kidding!”, idiots.

I don't know why everyone is bothered by these threads. NAMM is less than 2 months away, so I'm sure we'll see an announcement around that time, and most likely not before then. For now, any thread that seems even somewhat questionable is probably going to be a joke thread. I click on them anyway, because they make me
but I can't believe that anyone was really fooled by any of them.
Why would Mackie release an update for 1.x now? It just doesn't make sense.

When these first started they were funny. I even contributed to the stupidity.platinumears wrote:RustedMonkey wrote: I find I have a pretty good sense of humorwho told you that?
It’s just too much of a good thing I guess. Make a freakin “Groundhog” sticky thread where all you geeks can post your lil’ jokes. This way you can still finish yourself off after you hit submit (don’t get any on the keyboard!) but everyone wont have to deal with it.RustedMonkey wrote:
It's all true.
