Short question before I download...

Can the keyboard be configured so that you can play it with your computer keyboard? That's something I don't want to miss (I use Savihost at the moment).

Use case for me with such mini hosts is mostly when I just want to test or play with a single plugin, and I can't be arsed to plug in my MIDI keyboard and/or monitors.

To be able to use your computer keyboard for playing sounds click on Config->Show Keyboard.

Would you consider adding octave indicators which can be used to transpose some octaves up and down, like you can on Savihost? Otherwise you're limited to two octaves.

I don't know if this is by design or a bug, but, whenever I change the GUI size of a plugin (in my case Spire), the octave settings for the virtual MIDI keyboards are reset to default.

NanoHost 1.2.2 64-bit on Windows 11 Home 64-bit.

i just re-learned about it, but i cannot load it as a vst can i? would love to use it in FL Studio to re-size these old small GUIS

That's not possible from the technical side with the current Windows versions. When you zoom a plugin then NanoHost temporarily changes the resolution of the graphics card. You only can have one resolution at the same time.

But you can use the screen maginfier of Windows instead:

Yeah, I also wish NanoHost could be used inside a DAW. I did try Windows' Magnifier for a while but it is cumbersome and slightly problematic with Cubase. In any case, I really wanted an increase in Diversion, but since I've recently switched over to Thorn, I don't need Magnifier anymore.
