Didn't someone say that about three versions back?

Doesn't happen for me on Windows 10.
Are the settings back when you use Beta 8 or earlier?
Something like this happened in a previous beta.
Best report to beta AT bitwig DOT com...

I have stooped updating the betas now, manually uninstalling the old betas and installing the ones gets a bit old after 6 or 7 betas! I'll wait for release, Beta 6 seems to work fine for me!

Sooner this is out the sooner we can start speculating about what will be in the next one ;-)
To be fair I think the introduction of CLAP slowed things up a little and it was well worth it!

hehehe, I guess the introduction of CLAP got maybe a few more beta testers on board who then inevitably found more niggles, and not just in the new plug-in layer. Our own QA reported some stuff that was unrelated to CLAP.

4.3 is released! :-)

Including a new sound pack "Perfect Drift"

Comments. Now I can store monologues of self-loathing, for recall at any time, right from within the DAW!
