1.5.1 beta is what I have and there is not a CLAP version... unless there is a newer beta that is not in my account.

Yes, there is the Beta 1.5.1 CLAP option during installation.
That was a fast CLAP conversion!

It has a little Bug for the BWS Random modulator: Those Per-Voice floating balls do not show in the Random Modulator UI

W10.

I didn't use the installer cause it requires Rosetta. I manually extracted. But I just downloaded 1.5.1 again in case it is newer than the one I first downloaded and manually extracted the pkg and there is no CLAP version included.

That beta version is only available if you have Vital Pro, right?

Yes. 1.5.1 is the first version that is Apple Silicon native.

Thanks!
Apple is not relevant for me, but I'd be curious about the CLAP version when it supports more CLAP specific features... :-)

I'm not with my iMac, but I see no reason not to be included for the Mac.
Maybe the CLAP thing is created at the time of Installation?

During the install on my W10 I had to also install the usual Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable...

I don't know. It is not included with the installer though.

Sorry for not reacting on the questions.

Yes, CLAP is supported by Vital Version 1.5.1, which you can download if you are a subscriber or have Pro Edition. On Windows you can choose to install when running the installer:

why is there such a difference in version numbers Premium vs Pro - my Premium version latest is saying 1.08 is latest ?

or does Pro use a completely different version numbering ?

1.0.8 is the current release for Windows (Mac is 1.0.7)

It jumped straight to the 1.5.1 beta. Only Pro gets the beta

it's not beta it's early access, if you have pro you need to go to "all downloads" to get excess to it.
it is indeed in the installer.
i haven't installed it, i'm ok with vst3, i get nervous around people using obsessively too much modulation. so tacky
