Wow, just read this whole thread from the start. Took me a while, went through many emotions … I prob could’ve made 2 tracks in the same time, but I love me some procrastination.

First time poster and short time listener. So My noob 2 cents is that I’ll buy it. Although I’ve missed the sales 69€ was a steal for sure. Sitting on €199 more, so I’ll wait a while or see what comes up on the buy and sell thread.

Also Arturias support team have never let me down. I’m a Arturia frother for sure.

Thanks everyone for their input, I learned lots.

It goes on sale at Arturia for $99 now and then. Wait for it...

Sometimes you can even get a discount below $99 at sale time from a distributor.

Also, @M_Ray in case you’re not aware, there tend to be big sales from nearly everyone in November around Black Friday so if nothing comes up in the meantime chances are it’ll be cheaper then.

Is it worth picking up now if I already have NI Form or Izotope Iris? I did take a look at the sounds but I could probably recreate some stuff using EFX Fragments

It has a VA and a wave table engine with wavetable import, so, I think it would definitely add to the plugins you mentioned. It also has an additive engine, if that's your thing.

Pigments is massively comprehensive and capable, so, it's very different to the (kind of) one trick pony plugins you mentioned.
