FR: Shortcut for new scene...(or scroll the clip view automatically to re show the + button)

Once you've reached the right edge of the screen, every time you add a new scene you have to scroll the screen to expose the add scene button.
A shortcut to add a scene, or scrolling automatically to expose the scene button would resolve this ui quirk.
