Try (C:) "Users" > (your computer name) > Appdata > Roaming > XTSoftware > EXT64. There is an "ini" file in the that folder which may be the one your after. You will have to enable hidden folders in Explorer to see it.seismic1 wrote: Mon Jul 04, 2022 12:46 pm Does anybody know where EXT64 stores its configuration info?
EXT2 used to create a .ini file in the same directory as the executable. That doesn't seem to be the case for EXT64.

That looks like the one, and the fact that the .ini file is now in a "standard" location suggests that this is a little more than a straight 64-bit port of the old program. I find that encouraging.dellboy wrote: Mon Jul 04, 2022 2:39 pmTry (C:) "Users" > (your computer name) > Appdata > Roaming > XTSoftware > EXT64. Not here in W10.seismic1 wrote: Tue Jul 05, 2022 12:02 am Is anyone else seeing visual glitching of the song position pointer when moving/copying blocks in the piano-roll while playback is occurring? A second song position pointer sometimes appears over the bar line and horizontal part info panel. It's a little disconcerting.

tempo cannot be set by dragging the value. it glitches while dragging but visually remains set at the default (it can be set by typing in a new value, however).
EDIT: hmmm, i just tried it again, and it worked.
EDIT2: the visual glitching happens if you do not have an audio device set yet.

I still get bad audio glitching using DS (as in unusable), much better with ASIO but still a noticeable amount of random clicks and little stutters etc.
Wondering if a plugin version is on the cards again, would love to use it within a host like Reaper.

On my Win 11 machine it crashes every time when I try to save even a one track song of either audio or VST midi.

I haven't tried DS. Using ASIO UX2 drivers I noticed some glitching using alpha2, but none yet with alpha3, and I have more instrument tracks now.GaryG wrote: Tue Jul 05, 2022 8:21 am I still get bad audio glitching using DS (as in unusable), much better with ASIO but still a noticeable amount of random clicks and little stutters etc.

Save project works here in Win10. Export project is working too, although I miss the little export button from EnergyXT2.dellboy wrote: Tue Jul 05, 2022 9:46 am Anyone able to save a song without it crashing?
