I can find the notes myself just from trial and error - (the piano part) but the background chords not so much.. Or is it even chords? Its some kind of choir, and it sounds like there's chords in there..But it just seems slightly off (but just right) and I'm having a difficult time recreating it..

Pls halp

It's the first two minutes of this track, and it's the piano but specifically the background choir things I'm looking for.
I think the choir thing comes in after about 35s then there is a magnificent progression at 0.47 and another at 1.06 and the final one at around 1.20 - 1.40

Ps. Its technically not sound design more so than help with the musical part, hope it's OK to ask here.

I hear loose notes from a scale consisting of E F# G A B C D E. For a proper chord you need at least 3 tones at the same time. Apart from ghost-notes (delay effect) I don't really hear anything like that.

What you call a piano I think is a hammered zither or cymbalon. If you slow it down with a factor 2 or 4, then you should be able to figure out the exact sequence. I think there's a pattern repeating, but I'm not too sure.

The choir/pad is playing rather slowly, long sustained notes. You really should be able to figure that out. Maybe do start with that before you move on to the faster arpeggios of the "piano".

Thank you mr Bert. But Im unable to find the right notes for the choir, as to me they sound dissonant and slightly "off the scale" ; and furthermore I dont know what chords are in a scale anyway. I mean I can google it ofc, since I know the key of the track there are only so many chords - but anyhow..

Yes, the "effects" such as the trancegate of the "choir" and things of this nature, thats something I can figure out. Same with the "piano" pattern, I can figure that out too, and as you said, its a repeating pattern that last only 2 bars i think, with some slight alterations.

But the choirs and chord progression of those, are something i just cant figure out. Specifically at the timestamps I mentioned above.

Its possible its not chords, but just 2 notes, and these are the things I simply dont know.
Im just a tech person, I really dont write much music myself and cannot really recreate these pitches/chords/etc; simply cause I lack musical training and cannot play the piano :D

ps. i edited my OP with a better version of the track and more accurate time stamps.
and the lead of the track that starts right after the buildup and intro - is also something ive been wanting to recreate for like 20 years now, lol. but since it goes up and down in pitch with some notes gliding and some not, i just feel he was in the moment when he made it and its impossible to recreate... but thats the lead itself after the intro - the intro itself i think can be accurately reproduced if only i knew what notes/chords it was and how flat/sharp they are

at 10:02->end in the song, I feel the chords there and the progression is very similar to the intro, but here its on its own without the "piano". So that would also be a good place to listen for what notes it is

There are two kinds of people in the world. And you're not one of them.

i tried that but i dont think it sounds right, or im doing it wrong. See, since im not musically trained i cant really deduce what those chords mean (where to put the notes, the sound differs greatly if its say E3 or E2 in the chord, but i did google those chords and put the notes in, and got this, which doesnt really feel like its like its correct, would you mind giving a bit more info than this? like exactly what notes it should be. Thank you for your time. The Gmin I created seems to definitely be there though, thats the only chord im really confident in so far.

Give a man some fish, and he isn't hungry for the day.
Teach a man how to fish, and he shouldn't be hungry the rest of his life.
From the 12 notes we have, I already reduced it to 7 for you. Find the first note. Chance of 1 in 7 you have it with the first random pick.
Now you found the first note, find the next. Is it lower or higher? And by how much?

Put that original track as audio in your daw.
Create the pad track next to it. Compare, correct rinse & repeat.

I see. But I see people getting help all day here, with complete patches and everything, why do I have to learn how to fish? This same comment should if so be put to everybody seeking help here. "go and learn it yourself" is basically what youre telling me. Well, I appreciate your help regardless. Happy you boiled the 12 avaliable notes down to 7 for me, that will surely help me (NOT)

and honestly, I already explained that the piano part was pretty easy for me to figure out, more so the background "chords" im not sure are even chords, and noone have yet to help me.
The chords someone posted above - which I posted a snippet of - no answer.
Now youre saying you wanna teach me how to fish.
Well sorry bert, I cant quite fish on my own and at this point Im just gonna say fk it.
I posted another thread here where I asked help for the Lead that comes Right after the intro of the track in OP. It was the same then. "you can figure it out".

wtf man? Isnt this where you ask for help? and again, I see people recieving this help all the time, what am I doing wrong to not get the same treatment? I dont wanna learn how to fish right now ok? I just want the fkn fish.
Anyway. Sorry bert, none of this is directed at you at all personally. Im sure you want to help but want me to learn by myself as learning how to fish is as you say much better than the fish you can give me now. Sorry for the rant.
