I've been using Mulab 7.4.4 for ages (free version with 4 tracks only) and today I've bought Mulab 9 in order to use all of my Mulab-7-project files with my pretty new bought Mulab 9.

However, when I load my Mulab-Version-7 files, a frame box tell me that I have to convert my 7-version-file to an 8-file-version (using Mulab

. BUT I DON'T HAVE MULAB 8!!

HOW CAN DO to get over this problem?

The message tells you.

Use MuLab 8 to upgrade the project fie.

Does the key to version 9 open version 8.8.6? That interests me because I am planning to buy a license in the future, but I suspect I will prefer to use 8.8.6.

Unfortunalty I don't have mulab 1 to 7 user key. Futhermore my Mulab 9 user key doesn't work with older MuLab versions. Is there any other solutions? (I have already contacted

Get MuLab 8 (from the link above).
Open the MuLab 7 (Demo) project using MuLab 8 (Demo or actual user key Jo will send).
Save the project (now it's a MuLab 8 project).
Open the MuLab 8 project using MuLab 9.

Find the Solution!

Thanks to "pljones". Has he said "I went in https://www.mutools.com/mulab-app-downloads.html (https://www.mutools.com/mulab-app-downloads.html) but I didn' use legagy version as it's not possible to save from this demo version.

Instead, I've used the free mulab8 version that allow you to save your project in Mulab 8 version. Pay attention that Mulbab8 free is restricted to 5 tracks (In my case I had 4 tracks). Well I guess if you have more than 5 tracks you should cut your initial projet in several 5-maximum-parts).

To sum up, the problem is solved. Thanks pljones
