Bought it yesterday. Lots of new presets and access to all parameters. Sounds great to me, especially for layering purposes.

Upgrade was smooth and easy for me. Keep in mind that you need an "Augmented Strings intro" license for upgrading.

When logged into your account, try to navigate again to the augmented strings upgrade offer page, or to the augmented strings product page.
Alternatively, with an Augmented strings intro license, try just adding the augmented strings full to your cart and see if it automatically applies the discount.

The Focusrite FX plugin suites are also in the legacy section. I guess these too are now freeware? I haven't heard anything about these plugins being made freeware.

Thanks for the update. Red was newer than the other plugin suites so it may use a different activation scheme.

I still haven't seen any official announcement from Focusrite/Novation about setting these free so don't know what their plans are. Maybe Red will get an update or they'll issue a generic serial number.

As I said earlier, clicking the Activate button just downloaded a file immediately. That could then be loaded and all authorised, think the name it showed was Bob Green? Not sure as, to be honest, quickly uninstalled it, nothin wrong with it but I have modern alternatives with bigger GUIs etc.

It appears that you have to have been "selected" for the great honour of getting this deal.
I have no idea what you need to have done to get selected but i own nearly every other bit of software so its bloody annoying that i dont get the deal.

I think you are talking about the Scarlett plugin suite. The Red Plugin does not have a register button, you need an e-mail and a serial number

not working for me a two tier activayion box appears..its asking to log in so you click that box and it takes you too your focusrite/novation account..then two boxs on the plugin need codes to be inputted for it too work.
