How to change the skin of "Podolski 1.2.1 (rev 4317) beta":2NDMOUSE wrote: Wed Mar 08, 2017 10:52 am Aesthetic, I had a look but I can't find it either. I know if you right click U-He, you get the manual and website links, and if you right click the word podolski, there are resizing options, but I cant find anywhere to change the skin either.
1. You should be able to right-click in most blank areas of the plugin's GUI and get a pop-up menu of the three skins (that come with the beta version) and also the GUI resize options below that. Note that there are a lot of places on the GUI that this does not work (sub windows, etc.), since these have context specific items to choose from in their right-click menus. Right-clicking on the big Podolski title at the top center of the GUI should show the three skins to chose from, though.
2. If for some reason you are not seeing skin selections when trying step 1 above, try changing the default skin by clicking the gear icon in the upper right of the GUI, then click the wrench+screwdriver icon, then in the Appearance section's Default Skin, click on "cozy" and change it to "blue steel". Click the "x" in the upper right to close the settings box. Now, if you right-click on the title Podolski at the top, you should see the three skins to choose from.
3. Once you've decided on a skin you like, consider setting it as the default skin (again, click the gear icon > wrench+screwdriver icon > Appearance section > Default Skin). Whatever is set there is what will come up the next time you open Podolski after restarting your DAW. Just right-clicking the GUI and selecting a different skin only temporarily changes it.
NOTE: I'm noticing that the "retro" skin isn't sync'd to having the same GUI scaling as the other two skins. So, I'd recommend sticking with either "cozy" or "blue steel", since they have the same scaling.
