5 more days left "to get a reprint of the book" according to the latest email, still no confirmation of post kickstarter release...

rp314 wrote: Wed Jul 13, 2022 9:16 pm I still have a beaten up copy that was used in an Electronic Music community college course I took over 30 years ago.

I seem to recall that Tim Conrardy, once a great KVR regular who sadly passed away over a decade ago, started an RIP thread for Strange in which he recounted having studied with him at San Jose State University and lamenting that he somehow no longer had the wonderful textbook.

Thanks for the heads-up. :tu:
i vaguely remember that!
tim was one of a few people who "taught" me how to patch synths myself, him and scot solida in particular were great inspirations and help for getting what i was hearing in my head 8)
wowsers ...
that brings back some memories ...

both were very accessible and helpful ...
i learned quite a bit from their postings ...

scot and har-ar-ar ...
christus and the cosmonauts ...

Sorry, I did see this, thought I'd responded.

I was going to stick with the PDF, tbh, but if you can try it and see what it says without committing, let me know. If not, dont worry about it.

yeah, weirdly, adds 35 for postage, for a single soft cover, even though it's 35 for both soft and hard covers?

Yeah. If I knew 100% that that included import costs/charges, it'd be okay, but...
