While this example works fine to make a polyphonic synth out of a monophonic synth , we just need an id and switch
But ,how can we define the make note duration equal to the time a key is held down(left side of screen ) ?
Note duration define by key held

(I'm travelling at the moment and so can't run this example for myself, so I could be missing something.) Doesn't the switch route the original `noteon` and `noteoff` messages, so could you use them rather the additional [pack note]?

Yeah sure the switch works fine for that , no need for a make note .
But I was wondering how can we define the make note duration from a held midi note
