I wrote to them several years ago about the RV thing. Can't remember if I ever got a response.chk071 wrote: Sat Jul 16, 2022 8:21 am .....Please let them know about it. Only then they can be aware of it, and maybe fix it.

so stay tuned, i guess.we are currently in the process to update all our software plug-ins and modernize them. This also includes to update the GUI and of course to make the GUI responsive to the current resolution. As you can see the Waldorf Edition 2 has already been updated and Largo should also follow very soon
LOL thanks for the heads up. Had no clue they had updated any of those in awhile. Looks like I got updates to install for both the Waldorf Edition and the PPG 3! Better keep an eye out for Largo now!

Have they updated the Waldorf Edition and the PPGv3 recently or were they talking about the update from years ago? I got no emails, there are no posts on its forum about an update and I couldn't find changelogs online either.mothra wrote: Sat Jul 16, 2022 3:03 pm LOL thanks for the heads up. There seems to have been a newer update for Waldorf Edition LE 2. I download v2.2.0 some months ago, and now there's a version 2.3.1. Unless I missed it back when I downloaded it...
Edit: Looks like that is a new version indeed. Says it's compatible to Mac OS Big Sure and Monterey, for both the Waldorf Edition and the PPG 3.V.
Edit 2: Yep, definitely a new version. The installer is new.

Make sure to uninstall former versions of the Waldorf Edition 2 or PPG 3.V, because, the new installer copies stuff in different locations, so, former versions are not uninstalled or copied over...

Oh dear, why would they change locations... Where do things go now, then?

The VST3's go in a folder Program Files/Common Files/VST3/Waldorf/Waldorf Edition 2, and the VST2's in a folder <your VST plugin directory>/Waldorf/Waldorf Edition 2 by default.
Dunno about the PPG 3.V, because I don't have that installed.
The installer seems to be completely new, new icon, signed by Waldorf Music GmbH now, and the GUI looks different as well.

It makes me so angry that they dropped eLicenser as I can't find the original code and I think I'm stuck. I still have a version of Largo that works, but I can't seem to find anything on the other Waldorf bundle which I know I purchased as well.

I have no idea what you mean. The activation keys are visible in your user account.zerocrossing wrote: Mon Jul 18, 2022 8:11 pm It makes me so angry that they dropped eLicenser as I can't find the original code and I think I'm stuck.

Wow. I apologize for bringing up a dated thread but I wished to THANK you (who mentioned it) for pointing out the incredible Largo discount on Audioplugins. I am a longtime Blofeld user and this just made my weekend. Also thanks for news about an impending update. This makes me double happy

for less that 30 euro you can touch really special synth,to all complaining guys - Sylenth1 have even bigger complaining list, but still is one of most musical synth i use daily,so better explore layers and amazing filters instead of whine for everything.
There is something in these filters, can't say what exactly, but is something magical and special.
There is a lot to be desired as upgrade, but really for 29,99 is there better deal?
Yesterday made few basses and face it again, some sonic sweetness many popular synths miss.
So Largo topic will never b obsolete.
Cheers
