I have a simple kick/808 combo instrument with a separate oscillator for each and want to set it up so velocities above 100 trigger both oscillators, andvelocities of 100 or below trigger the kick only. I'll also mention just in case I accidentally enabled/disabled something in global section that I also set it up to have normalized volume for kick and kic/808 so they always play at same level regardless of velocity (so velocity ONLY controls whether 808 should be played along with kick)

Steps I've taken:

1) Normalize volume for both kick and 808 by turning volume range control to "0dB" in Globals -> Advanced Settings -> Velocity Shape. (This bit appears to be working)

2) Disable 808 OSC (on L in Generator panel of example) by right clicking and setting "velocity min" to 101 in MIDI Filter section.

I think that's how it's supposed to work, right? So the other osc (kick) would play for all velocities, but the 808 osc would play only for velocities within the range specified (101-127).

It's not working, though. Setting the min velocity has no effect. Multiple times, it has then suddenly disabled that voice entirely for all velocities, and I've had to delete and recreate that module to get it working again (again then plays for all velocities regardless of min setting)

This certainly seems like buggy behavior, but I wanted to check that I'm not missing something about how to have one osc play only on certain velocities. I haven't messed with the velocity transformation curve or anything like that, so I don't see any global override causing the 808 osc module to think that the incoming levels of 100 velocity have been remapped to something else.

What am I missing?

Well, I tested this with my 16.00g (but probably no different than the current public beta in that matter) and everything seems working fine here :o
