When I click a note on the piano keyboard in Repro-5 the note sticks. I know this is a feature but I don't gel with it, and I was wondering if it can be disabled, thanks.

Single click holds the note as long as you keep the mouse button pressed.
Double-click holds it, so you are free to work on the parameters while the sound continues.
There is no option to disable this.

Oh well. IIRC Urs once asked users here on KVR whether they used the double-click to hold feature or not. I guess people use it. I would have liked an option. IMO the usefulness of this feature is very limited because, while the "sound continues" you only hear the sustain part of envelopes.

Depends on the synth... R1 and Hive have sequencers...

But yeah, an option is def possible at some point, there are just so many things that we need to do before that.

Cool. This would definitely be low priority. If you guys think it's a good idea and find the time in the future, it'd be great to have this as an option. Consider disabling it by default on first run, mainly because it can confuse new users who might think they are getting hung notes (I've had this issue with some buggy synth plugins where it was actually a bug, not a feature!).
