It does seem like I'll need a cheat sheet to navigate the modes, but there aren't that many nor a lot of setup options, so I think it'll be fine.
I could only see one for $553 on there. A bit of a saving but I think they exaggerated the savings. It says original price $1256elxsound wrote: Mon Aug 01, 2022 10:26 pm In case anyone needs a HW Fm synth, OPsix is available for $329.

I think you’re seeing the currency exchange from USD to AUD.kritikon wrote: Mon Aug 01, 2022 10:45 pmI could only see one for $553 on there. https://reverb.com/item/58230812-korg-opsix. No way Opsix ever sold for that.
I've not paid much attention to most keyboard releases the past several years, and do not foresee ever needing/getting another keyboard, as I'm more than content with what I can do/get from my Studio Logic Sledge II (Black), and Bass Station II, but having checked-out Nick Batt and loopop's reviews, THIS is a serious amount of sonic/sound laboratory potential for $329.elxsound wrote: Mon Aug 01, 2022 10:26 pm In case anyone needs a HW Fm synth, OPsix is available for $329.

I hadn’t really followed it before seeing for sale. I’ve been intrigued by Digitone after getting sucked in by Digitakt and Syntakt. I’ve read a few Digitone owners not happy with the sound, but from watching videos it’s a classic DX7 sound, with extras and more hands on control. That makes it hard to pass up for the price.Shabdahbriah wrote: Mon Aug 01, 2022 11:52 pmI've not paid much attention to most keyboard releases the past several years, and do not foresee ever needing/getting another keyboard, as I'm more than content with what I can do/get from my Studio Logic Sledge II (Black), and Bass Station II, but having checked-out Nick Batt and loopop's reviews, THIS is a serious amount of sonic/sound laboratory potential for $329.elxsound wrote: Mon Aug 01, 2022 10:26 pm In case anyone needs a HW Fm synth, OPsix is available for $329.

I've been enjoying it as a sequencer. It's got some limitations, but it's more than adequate for the sort of looping sequences I go for anyway. It's a nice performance controller too IMHO.cryophonik wrote: Tue Aug 02, 2022 2:41 pm Traded some unused gear for a Novation LaunchPad Pro mk3. Seems like it’ll make a fun little sequencer for my hardware synths
Awesome, that's exactly what I'm hoping for. So far, it seems pretty adequate for my needs and I'm pretty surprised with the quality of the build and pads.foosnark wrote: Tue Aug 02, 2022 8:09 pmI've been enjoying it as a sequencer.
