Anyone get the Comprexxor deal to work? I took the survey while logged in but Comprexxor was never added to my account (not under "My Products" either on the site or in the IKPM). Thanks.

Yep, the deal works for me. I had to re-register using the Authorization Manager (not the Product Manager). Unfortunately doesn't count for the Group Buy (I think that's asking for a bit much )

Now that I remember it, I did have a bit of an issue. So when I completed the survey I had a serial in my account, redeemed in Authorization Manager. I went to my DAW but it still wasn't working. I refreshed in the Product Manager and somehow it worked after. Must be some re-verification thing that they require.

Anyone able to redeem the Nu-Tron III pedal free offer from IKMM? I tried to redeem it and again nothing added to my account so I think my IK account is F-ed lol. Maybe there's another step I need to do besides doing a "Redeem my Purchases" in Custom Shop. They only give instructions for a new installation of Amplitube, but since I already own Amplitube I'm not sure what the steps are to activate the pedal since it's not showing in my account. I'm about to give up on IKMM freebies at this point.

Well I agree with you 100%. I tried to get it a few hours ago and I followed the steps including going to Product Manager page and re-authorizing Amplitude 5. I just opened a project and its locked.IK has great products but is a confused mess

I'm interested in whether you've tried both. I find scaler useful for quick inspiration and knocking out basic sketches quickly and as you say it has a lot of depth (and a very responsive set of devs). I have Instachord (v1) with all the chord packs (there was a PB deal on them in May 2020), but have never found it all that useful, and a lot of the WA Production stuff feels like prototypes that become abandonware.

I've tried both Scaler and InstaChord 1 - I haven't used either extensively, but I'd say my thoughts mirror yours. InstaChord seemed like an interesting solution in search of a problem; it didn't quite meet any particular working requirements. I did have a little bit of fun having it trigger block chords and feeding it into PhraseBox, since InstaChord always produced a broad chord with a predictable set of notes.

I haven't gotten InstaChord 2 yet, but I'll probably grab it at the current $15 upgrade price. It looks like they actually integrated something like PhraseBox directly into the product. Several of the other changes listed in the previews sounded at least intriguing, and like maybe they realized InstaChord 1 didn't have any super-obvious application to real production work... or maybe they just banged a bunch of stuff onto it, hard to say!

Korg OpSix is on sale for $329. It's the Korg USA Warehouse Outlet selling via Reverb.com. I'm not sure how reliable that all is, but it's a nifty price for a hardware synth.

Just noticed that Native Instruments is selling B stock of its Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk1 series for about £240 on Reverb. Since the mk2 version is about £750 new, that’s a pretty substantial difference for the absence of two screens for navigating patches.

Not having used either, I’m not sure how that measures up. Any thoughts?

Edit: for someone starting out that’s a far better option than the 32 key midi controllers aimed at beginners

Surprisingly it worked for me. IDK if they fixed it or if what I did differently matters. After clicking "redeem" in the user area, in product manager I re-authorized Amplitube 5 by clicking on "authorize", then updated to the latest version (if you already have the latest version reinstalling Amplitube 5 might work).
