M9 audio glitches

Hi everybody
I updated to M9 after years of M8, the same projects that worked as a charm now are heavy-glitching mess
I must reduce the plugins instances to make it works
IE, Guitar Rig standalone works perfectly, in M9 is almost impossible to run
Things get worse when I move the plugins interfaces popup on the screen
My setup: asus h97m-plus 16gbyte RAM, SSD hard disk and PCI M-Audio Delta 44, Win10
I updated all the drivers
Any thought ?

Are you sure you have the exact same audio setup settings as in M8?
Thus samplerate, buffersize, multi-core setup.
NB: Can you please avoid all uppercase titles. Thx.

What's the cpu usage value in M8 and what value in M9?
And what about the MuLab demo projects? Is there a big difference between M8 and M9?

well, the cpu usage in M8 is average 40-60%
the strange thing in M9 is that average is the same, but the maximum sometimes jump to 200% and so !
so, with the same cpu average usage, M8 don't glitch
PS I installed a Nvidia graphic card to stress-relief the cpu, but the glitches got even worst so I removed it

Difficult issue. Sounds like a conflict between audio and video drivers. No clue why it would be different between M8 and M9.
