I'm not sure how DAWs would handle the system monitor resolution being changed.

Does the program support command line arguments? The help document did not mention any...
I was thinking that instead of multiple (renamed) copies of the program in the dll folders, NanoHost could be launched via command-line (i.e. bat file, script, etc.) with settings as arguments:
something like
NanoHost64bit.exe --vst-'C:\VST\Ichiro Toda\Synth1\Synth1 VST64.dll' --midiin-'EMU XMidiX1' --audioout-'ASIO: ASIO4ALL'
