There isn't. It would not sound natural for a guitar that way. Ample guitars do have vst specific control keys for effects that sound like actual guitar slides. Especially the lapsteel does this beautifully.

The only way I know to get slides with AmpleSound is to use:
keyswitch F#0 to turn on/off slide guitar
keyswitch E0 and then overlap the note with the next one. E0 will reset at the end of the slide.
