select track and other mouseless functions

I'm having a lot of problems navigating around Tracktion without using my mouse. How do i do these things with keyboard shortcuts or macros?

how do I select a track without the mouse?
how do I select the right output panel without a mouse?
how do I insert a plugin to the left? (this is in the right click menu on the right side bar)

I ultimately would love a way to tab around to different parts of the screen.
