Create a dj mix (not live)

So I’m a hobby DJ and I mix live using Traktor. However, I also like to put DJ sets together off-line, and I used to use Mixmeister (RIP) for this, but then tried Ableton (free trial) and that worked really well but I can’t really afford it. Am hoping that Tracktion will work for this. So I need to import tracks, scan them for beats so that they sit neatly into the existing time-grid (with some editing of transients usually, especially with vinyl recordings of old tracks) and then mix the tracks together perfectly beatmatched (setting individual levels, EQ, effects, etc). Is this something Tracktion can do?

I am learning tracktion at the moment so I am no expert but it seems tha all off those tasks can be done. Take time to watch some videos and read the manual. Tracktion has its own workflow. Different in alot of ways than most DAWs but very efficient once you understand how to get aroound. Short cut keys are used alot..
We jumped the fence because it was a fence not be cause the grass was greener.

Thanks, I have tried looking through the manual but not made much progress. I guess I want to know I'm in the right place and it can be done efficiently before I invest hours....

This should meet your requirements:

It is part of WFpro.

No, that's not really what I'm after. I'll try and explain.

So usually I set an overall temp to a 2-hour mix, and gradually shift that up and down depending on my mood. Let's say I set the tempo to 128BPM. I then want to import my next track in the mix, which happens to be recorded at 122. In Ableton, I then set my first warp point at the start of the track, and warp the whole track. Sometimes the transients need adjusting, but Ableton does a pretty good job usually. My 122bpm track now plays perfectly in my 128bpm set. The tempo hasn't changed, and I can adjust this if I want to.
My next track is a 132bpm techno track, but within a couple of minutes, that too is playing perfectly in time with my 128bpm set.

And so on. In Traction, I can't seem to find a way to warp the whole track successfully so it fits in with the current tempo. Is this even possible?
