It's 2022. Whether or not back in 2014 these synths rendered fine on Retina displays, they sure aren't HiDPI compatible on a PC today. There may be hosts that hack a method of up-sizing plugins that are not properly HiDPI-compliant (I've verified that at least Diva is not - I'm assuming all other u-he synths are not as well), but if these were properly coded for HiDPI displays, they would work in Cubase 12 with HiDPI mode turned on. They don't.

So... it's 2022. Why aren't these plugins properly displayed on HiDPI monitors running Windows OS?

Nevermind... I missed the fact that these have selectable bitmapped resolutions going up to 200%.

In fact Zebra 2 was the very first plugin I ever used with a resizable GUI back in 2010 or so.

On Mac, they display fine except:
- some Diva knobs for some reason are not HiDPI. Dunno what reason.
- some presswerk knobs aren't HiDPI.
- dynamic displays (filters, waveforms, etc) are not HiDPI

Common reason for non-HiDPI assets: UI Loading times, particularly Diva, Satin and Presswerk which have many different knob and background styles. I remember reports where people from the pre-SSD era had UI opening times of 10-30 seconds.

pre-SSD era.
