Without having the unit, you are pretty much zeroing in on the sound. Yes, that is the sound this Roboverb is making so my test now is to try both Valhalla and Bucketverb to see if if it can match this.
Problem I always have these plugins which has many knobs is knowing how to adjust all knobs together to get the sound right, This is what had attracted me to the Devil Spring Reverb, only 2 main knobs [Tone and Length] which I think is equivalent to the Time and Depth knobs of the 303.

You need to click on the respective bit of the actual plugin (ie. its GUI) - where it says "Default"* (on the right side of "PRESET:")
*unless of course you have another preset loaded already
The bit where it says "No preset" is part of Reaper, not the plugin.

Can I trouble you to screenshot it on your end please as I am not seeing any "Default" option on my end? What I am seeing is exactly as pictured, here again and no, no preset is loaded, only the demo default GUI. Here is the full view

You must be looking totally in the wrong place. As I told you, it's on the plugin's GUI itself, not anywhere else.
It's really right there on your screenshot: on the lower right side, below "Flutter" ("MOD"-section)

Nice, sound great! Waiting to go try it out on my rig. When I do, before tampering with the settings of any of those knobs, any tip on which one knob I can adjust to get the "Reverb Time" function of the 303 please, might it be the Delay button?

Actually, seems we were both off a little. I just tested all 3 [Devil Spring, Bucketverb and Valhalla with your settings] head to head with the 303.
Bucketverb is out. Devil spring is very close but yes Valhalla is it and it was mainly adjust the "Feedback" button alone which gives the extra robotic tone with these exact settings
