Anybody having problems with authorization on Windows (or elsewhere)?

Yesterday, my DAW Essentials plugins, which I bought a year or two ago and have been using regularly since that time, deauthorized themselves and refuse all attempts at reauthorization. The error message I get says my email and password are not valid, yet that same email/password combination suffices to unlock Biotek2, Collective, and Waveform itself, as well as to get onto the TSC website.

The DAW Essentials do appear in my downloadable products, and I have been using the same ID/password combination for everything all along, so I have no idea why they won't authorize. I had had 1.0.38, but I downloaded and installed 1.0.39 to see if that would be any better, but the problem persists.

I considered trying offline authorization, but the various TSC instructions are contradictory and circular, and there seems to be no option that allows me to fix the problem right now. That is, I can't see how you can get a downloadable key except by emailing support@tracktion.com, which I've already done, with no response yet.

I have both W10 and W11. I'm finishing an album project in W10, since I started it in 10 and don't want to bother with conversion, and also because my collaborators use 10. I even tried seeing if I could authorize the plugins in W11, but no go.

Has anybody seen anything like this?

Very odd. They all use the same authorization code. The only think I can think is it doesn't like some character in your password. You could try using a password that only uses letters and numbers to see if that fixes it.

My password already uses only letters and numbers, so I don't see how it could be that. Is it possible that something on TSC's end doesn't think I have a legitimate DAW Essentials license? Because I do.

I suppose I could try changing my password anyway, though it sounds like that means I would have to reauthorize everything. I'm a little reluctant to do that in this situation, because I don't want to to get into a situation where none of my TSC stuff will authorize. I can't afford that.

Problem solved: TSC e-mailed me a keyfile, and I unlocked DAW Essentials offline.

I'm still mystified as to how and why the plugins deauthorized themselves, but all's well that ends well.

Also have this problem - not sure when it happened as I don't use them much, but did upgrade to current version of W11 a week or so ago.

I must say I find the whole download manager/authorisation/marketplace thing very confusing and off-putting - why does it interrupt the program every time I open up? Anyway, would just like to use the stuff i paid for at this stage. Look forward to hearing from someone with a solution.

Same here, i try to activate (via online) Delay Studio plug (from Daw essentials bundle), boughted long time ago, but it activate as trial by some reason. Though have full license in Tracktion account.
In the same time, there is no probs with activation other stuff placed in acc, like Abyss etc. Only probs with this single plug.

Open up download manager once, and on each of the versions you don't want to update, click on the version number, and on the drop-down indicate you don't want to be notified again for THIS version.

Thank you!

Not obvious, but it seems to have worked. :)
