Power trip? I mean, maybe you're just super sensitive? With an Ultimate annual sub, the Cloud Manger is a veritable gold mine for preset content. Hardly a useless remark. How were they supposed to know you were or were not aware of that as a new subscriber?

Unlikely it ever would be as it’s nearly double the price of the other plugins on individual sale, but it’d be nice if they offered it as a ‘both credits’ option on Play4Life.

The Model Expansions aren't included either. I have 3 lifetime keys but I don't get the option for any Zencore stuff.

If I were to get a Juno X, I'd want to add the JX-8P and Jupiter 8 models, but it looks like I'd have to buy the lifetime keys full price.

Hi, Lbdunequest! Brian from Roland Cloud here. Zenology Pro (including its Model Expansions and any content specifically for hardware) and bundled instruments are exempt as Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys for the Play 4 Life promotion.

The Legendary Series instruments that plug-out to the SYSTEM-8 (the SYSTEM-100, JUPITER-4, SH-2, ProMars, JUPITER-8, SH-101, JUNO-60, JX-3P, and JUNO-106) are, however, selectable as Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys.

Love the Bass and drums in Sound Canvas VA. But it’s buggy and crashes often. Wish they fixed it already, it has been years.

In my at this point long experience, I believe people know how to communicate and that internet communication is frequently antagonizing. And by this I mean, I would have said something like “yes! Make sure to browse through the Cloud Manager.” The way you phrased your response, it does not clearly answer that question. It’s possible that the cloud manager didn’t have any presets. But I get that that outcome is unlikely. And I can see how you could have made that response with some humor. I was having a bad day.

So yes, there are SH-2 presets. I listened to them at one point and don't remember if they were any good tho and don't sub to Roland Cloud. Do own the "lifetime" key for the SH-2 tho. Still my fav plug-out for my System-8 (and own an original SH-2 as well).

That said...do explore the CM! There is TONS of stuff in there.

Greetings!
Just checking in on this thread with some followup Roland Cloud Concerto plugin questions. I actually use this plugin a lot, and I was disconcerted to learn last summer that the Concerto plugin had been unceremoniously discontinued, which I discovered when I tried to load Concerto one day and got a message saying that "You are not authorized for the 1985 Instrument. Please login to your Roland Cloud account". Well, I was logged in. The weird thing is that the other Instruments were still working. That's when I Googled and discovered Concerto had been discontinued. But I was assured by Roland Support that the plugin was still available, just not as part of the ongoing Roland Cloud update. However, as of today, I am unable to load ANY Instrument in Concerto. It says I am not authorized. So, I can still run the plugin, but without any Instruments. I am in the middle of a big audiobook project that relies heavily on a couple of the Concerto plugin Instruments, so if I suddenly can't run them I am in pretty big trouble. Anyone know why I would suddenly lose authorization to those instruments, and how to get them back?? I would buy the Concerto plugin bundle outright if that's what it takes. Thanks for your help!!
