I bought this a while ago for Garageband and installed it etc. Recently, I had to reinstall my OS (Mac Mojave). I still had my licence in my email and the download link but although I can install it fine in Garageband, it is inert. When I call up the plugin for an audio, it just sits there. It dims fine, but refuses to give me a reading. I now want to buy a new licence and re-reinstall it, but I can't in any way get rid of the plug in from my machine. I have googled and done everything (delected from the Containers file etc). This is driving me crackers as the tuner IS better than Garageband built in tuner. Please help, someone.

There is no need to re-buy it, the original download should just work fine. Are you able to load and see the plug-in inside Garageband?
