Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I want to save these two sequences and racks as a MuClip. However, when I do that, it only saves the first sequence and not the sub-track.

I don't think it is supposed to save the sub track as it is a different sequence, either save as 2 separate MuClips or merge together before saving. Sub tracks can have different target modules than the parent track.

Btw, if you have several sequences with different targets and you want to save them as a preset you can also consider saving them as the new mucomposer preset format.

There are two ways that I'm aware of:
1. Cogwheel icon on the right of tempo > presets > save as preset
2. Go to project modular area (near browser button) > right click on the composer you want to save as a preset > presets > save as preset
