MuLab Free just in 32Bit for Win - Why?

I Own already a Full Version Of MuLab but Mulab Free cound be perfect for my wife. She dont need so many options and tools. And I could help her in case of question. But the is just an 32Bit Version for Windows. And that's the Problem. Why?

because she and me have a 64Bit Sytem

You can run 32-bit software on a 64-bit Windows. And, because MuLab Free doesn't host third party plugins, it's not an issue that it is just running in 32-bit.
