I want to separate left & right Audio of Stereo & save it separately as 2 mono files. How to do it in Acoustica 64?

As a common user of Acoustica, I will show one way of answering your question.
Perform the following procedure on a copy of your original stereo file.
(1) Open the stereo file; (2) Select the whole right channel (see Selecting Channels in the Help files); (3) Use the menu Volume / Mute to mute the selected channel; (4) You have now a stereo file with only the original left channel, and no signal in the right channel; (5) Now use the menu Tools / Convert Sample Format: for the two initial items, keep your sample rate and "Perform sample rate conversion"; the third item is the main one: for the number of channels choose 1 (mono), and press OK; (6) Now you have a mono channel file with the original left channel, that you can save; (7) to obtain another mono file with the original right channel, repeat the procedure, but in item 2 above select the whole left channel.
I hope this helps.

Paulo's method works well, but the quickest way to accomplish this would be to select single channels (you can use the toggle buttons left of the waveform view or the top number keys where each number toggles the respective channel number) and press Alt+S (Edit > Create Clip from Selection) to create a new selection.
