Cannot delete Racks and Presets

What ever I tried, I just cant get rid of unuseable Factory Racks and Presets which use unavailable plugins in Waveform FREE... Some Racks are even corrupted in some way because wires go outside the rack window without the possibilty to "fit" everything within the window...

They get re-created every time Waveform starts !?!

Very frustrating...
