Hi Woodsdenis,
Can you DM me your licensed email address? I will check it. Maybe there is another issue with your account.

Hi all,
Issue resolved!

Facts:
Time ago I bought a copy of synthmaster, but I don’t was satisfied for the workflow and I resold it.
Last year I decided to give another try to Synthmaster and bought it in a sale.
But, my bad, authorized it with the old license key!
So, I have mixed two installation/authorization, and this caused the issue.
Well, fortunately I have realized the error and spoked with Bulent who give me the solution:
Deleting two files, et voilà, all works!

KV331 is a wonder company - both masters are amazing machines...BUT,THERE IS SOMETHING I AM ANGRY ABOUT:
1.90-99% of users have no idea what they are really capable of ( if i wasn't spend 5 years with both and made over 5000 presets how could i now, when most demos show pretty basic stuff?)
2.KV331 doesn't realize the need to explain to ordinary user how powerful these machines are compared to many competitors...WHY?
3.Price is too low?
It's business,i've got no idea how it works, but many people think if it's cheap it's crap...but in this case is opposite, never been more satisfied to spend such a small amount for such a monster synths(have to admit 5 years ago had no idea what exactly i'm dealing with, now i'm glad to work with both)
4.Closed facebook group - two facebooks of mine was blocked,no idea why and i give up...seriously 2022 no other place to discuss everything about ?
5.In case somebody wonder what i'm writing, it's simple and gonna put it this way:
- I ADORE BOTH MASTERS,BUT HEY KV331, SHOW TO USERS WHAT MONSTERS YOU MADE,YOU ADVERTISING OF UNIQUE OPTIONS BOTH SYNTHS HAVE LIKE 'MODULATOR VIA MODULATOR' AND MANY OTHER ARE UNKNOWN FOR MOST USERS.
DON'T BUY ME A BEER,SHOW HOW AMAZING THEY ARE :)
Cheers / Have a nice weekend to all sm users :)

Hi everyone,

I just uploaded v2.9.15 to dropbox. We're currently testing it. Here's the change log:

1. NEW: Added MIDI output support for the VST3 version of SynthMaster
2. NEW: When SynthMaster is not connected to the internet, it now displays an error message instead of quitting silently for operations that require active internet connection
3. FIX: SynthMaster doesn't report correct parameter change value to the host DAW
4. FIX: On Windows, SynthMaster might crash when a parameter is changed via mouse wheel
5. FIX: Expansion downloads might fail when an redirection is issued by KV331 Audio's CDN provider
6. FIX: Number of MIDI input devices is limited to 16 in the Standalone version of SynthMaster
7. FIX: SynthMaster might crash when user restores expansions and switched to shop page
8. FIX: MIDI Banks and Programs dialog program up/down/delete buttons not working as expected

Messed with Synthmaster back in 2007...wasn't all that impressed with it then...but recently downloaded the Player version & was blown away.
Went ahead and opted for the SM 2 cross-grade and in as much as I love some of the presets and how powerful SM 2 is....there's way too much monochromatic chord/arpeggio based presets that make more noise than anything melodic & usable.
While it's evident that SM is geared towards EDM(i.e. dubstep, trance & the like)...SM 2 is capable of so much more than the clubby presets suggest.
Is there any good pads with more melodic ambient type stuff? I love synthwave & shoe-gazing music( but in combing through the Everything Bundle, it's mostly labeled as EDM and spending $300+ on the whole package, would seem like a tremendous waste for me.
However...the Big Tone expansions look interesting, as at least there is new sample content. Are there any other 3rd party sound designers making presets for SM 2(other than what is listed on KV331 Audio's website??

I would definitely vote for anything from Big Tone! Particularly his Tableworks 1 & 2 and Analog Basics 1 & 2. He makes very good use of aftertouch and mod wheel for expression, and even uses the pitch bend in ways I have rarely seen. His notes in the presets descriptions indicate what they are doing. I'm looking at one here where PB up increases harmonics. Whoa!

And the Tableworks make good use of the wavetable oscillator in SM!

If you are into retro synths, Nori Ubukata's Historical Synth Giants vol 1-4 are great too!
Windows 10 and too many plugins

The Big Tone Tableworks presets are very inspiring and Nori Ubukata also knows a thing or two about synth programming 🥳

SynthMaster 2 is a serious powerhouse....

Sounds good too 🌞
No auto tune...
