Is know Wavetable 12 bugs free and safelly usable on OSX ?
I tried former Waveform versions and it was crash fest within a few minutes where other DAWs, logic, bitwig, live, studio, reaper have been rock solid on my imac for years.

I'm not a pro, but for my humble home grown music ramblings and trying softwares out, Waveform seems to be pretty darn solid on my M1 Mac Mini for Pro 11 and 12 free so far! No issues besides me not knowing how to do something, lol
I know its not good to bash others, but I keep going back to try a few other daws (starts with C made by S is one of them) and for years and various upgraded versions I've tried over them, simply frustrating starting with installation/registering, and then the fun seems to continue after that enough to make me wonder why I keep trying it. Tracktion/Waveform has never been that for me, PC or Mac, for 7 years of humble use and upgrades (supporting them). I like and own other daws too, but there is absolutely nothing crazy negative about Waveform, especially the free version now with additional modules imo. Try it for yourself for free and see what you think. Maybe a few plugins here or there as I've read and experienced years ago, but again, they all have quirks, and Waveform is overall very capable, maybe even fun in its unique GUI and workflow

Finally installed but had a fatal crash to desktop where tempting to assign a midi controler to a plugin parameter or a modifier.
Never managed to assign something, tried several times, messy and finally crashes.
I drag a modifier to a plugin, the popup window opens, i click learn, move a plugin parameters but nothing happens, no parametears added in the assignement popup window
I moved A midi controler and unable to assign to a plugin parameter too...
: uninstalled W12
