Is there a way to hide the metering panel by default when opening a new instance of Mplugs?
It’s very useful when I need it but usually end up hiding it when first opening up plug-in

Hide it, then in [Settings], click [Set default settings]

Open the plugin you want to adjust. Hide the metering panel and click 'settings'. In the 'global system settings' click the button named 'set default settings'. That should do it.
