Yesterday, I saw his video on reverb algorithms from 2 years ago and found it tremendously helpful. His overview of the selection process and his step-through of how to tweak, edit, and design reverb algorithms resonated with my personal learning style. It was super helpful for me to pause the video at each step I wanted to learn and then try the steps with MTurboReverb open. And although he didn't mention downloading ER and LR presets, just doing what he did at the pace he presented with his helpful explanations allowed me the time to discover them on my own.

Well, I recognize Benn's words, know his stance and doubt that he'd be unaware of promoting Melda on here.

In the video he says, he'd use only Melda stuff - if only they got their interfaces right. I think it's simply that Mr Melda is busy programming, while others more skilled in marketing do their thing.

Haven't watched the video yet, but I'll say this.

Meldaproduction has taken huge strides in that area with the GUI devices.

That said, I would really like a simpler way to make the multiparameters more "front facing." Like with labels, and knobs instead of the drag up and down controls. I know that that can be done with devices, but I ain't no Chandler.

Yes, he acknowledged that too.

On easier modulation. I find no way of, as Melda suggests, modulating the hi hat in Dream Machines between closed/open than going into Edit mode and find the mix parameter in there. One should be able to access modulators for devices up front. Sounds like kind of what you say.
