What are the export options in MuLab?

I cannot determine that from the demo as the Save As options are greyed out.

"Save As" is for saving the project. (saves it as a .MuProject file)
Asuming you wonder about the audio export options, see the composer options button somewhere at the right of the tempo display -> Export Composition As Audio File.
There you'll see the various options to export it as AIFF, WAVE, OGG, FLAC.
