not very high, since we licensed most for the exclusive use in Avenger only

Well, whoever made that reverb, needs to be selling it. :D

From its name I imagine it must be Mirko Ruta's?
And probably Rapid will either have had it or will get it too or a cousin of it.

Bloody hell!! Nexus looks like a completely different synth from what I remember! Can it be used like a full synth now, rather than a sample/soundbank player? More like avenger I guess?

I hope this means we are that much closer now...

This Manuel guy really seems to know his way around Avenger.

Yeah, they should put him on staff :)

Great to see what can be done with pretty rudimentary samples with some skilled arranging and programming. On a broader point, it shows both the joy and pain of SQs. They sound wonderful, but the moment you want to use them in a composition you get stuck. I guess a good rule of thumb is to simply turn all the ARPs off to start playing your own stuff.

It's just my personal wish, but I desperately want to be able to play notes & chords -into- the Arp / Sequencer from my MIDI keyboard. Drawing in chords and melodies with a mouse just fundamentally does not work for my brain, I never do it, never will. Avenger has this incredibly powerful on-board arp + sequencer, but it's 100% built around drawing in values with a mouse. I can't leverage its power at all. But with some Step-Input Recording features (that is, non real-time, step input like Pro-One, SH-101, etc) all that could change drastically....

The Rutaverb sounds impressively good. Did Valhalla code it?

If I had to guess it would be Mirko Ruta of Parawave (Rapid VST).

ReFX, VPS and Parawave seem to all work together on expansions and what not. Seems these guys are in cahoots, capitalizing on the EDM producer scene. :phones:
