If there's nothing official from Bitwig, posted on their site, or in an email to their customers, pinch of salt etc.
That third party vendor (one of the biggest and most respected) clearly says that Bitwig themselves told him that they will address this issue officially "tomorrow" (i.e. today) - it's literally in that bit I quoted in the post you replied to.
