This sample pack for $33.09 £23.96 (after coupon SUB20) comes with a year subscription to Loopcloud.
https://www.loopmasters.com/genres/91-L ... 297e055206
The Bad:You have to agree to setup autorenew next year and enter a Credit Card or Paypal. Looks like it charged $1 to confirm my card. Not sure if I go cancel if it will cancel my free year so I guess I will need to remember to cancel in a year unless I figure out if I can cancel earlier.
The Good: SUB20 worked to take another 20% off for me. And it comes with a coupon for Punish Lite by Heavyocity at Pluginboutique.

i've had a loopcloud sub - you can easily cancel well before the time is up and it will run (or at least should) run to the end of the 12 months. there's a link on the account page to do it once it's set up. the loopmasters support is pretty good, it's not liking quitting comcast.ROTMetro wrote: Tue Oct 11, 2022 6:57 pm The Bad:You have to agree to setup autorenew next year and enter a Credit Card or Paypal. Here's another Ozone 9 Elements code from the Focusrite freebies.

I don't need thanks, but at least be enough of a person to acknowledge when you use these codes, to save effort and frustration for others.

Do we think we may see an end to the free promotional products from companies at some point, given a good percentage of them just end up getting resold by users?
Despite the honourable efforts of posters here offering out their unused serials, the amount of PluginBoutique monthly freebies you see going for $5-20 the next month on here is mental. Massive already listed for $15-20 on the main page here, clearly people just selling their code.
Are companies bothered? I guess not, as long as someones using their usually lite software with the potential to upgrade/expand etc.
Just a bit sad that it's become peoples side hustle reselling free software.

These examples require you to have either paid for hardware (Focusrite, Novation, or other affiliate) or buy something (Plugin Boutique, etc.). Not sure if the companies providing the software are getting paid for it, but I'd guess they probably are?...re.mark wrote: Wed Oct 12, 2022 12:42 pm Do we think we may see an end to the free promotional products from companies at some point, given a good percentage of them just end up getting resold by users?

Plugin Boutique freebies are NFR aren't they? So people are probably just selling licenses they had before getting the freebie.
Personally a good freebie will motivate me to buy something I otherwise wouldn't, and the periodic free software dissuades me from selling my Focusrite interface even though I bought a better one (... with less impressive freebies unfortunately).

I see it a little differently...
There are people who sign up to so many sites to stay up to date, and in return you get free products from time to time, whether you need them or not...
In addition to that you get so many newsletters with the resellers' ads and buy paid plugins, which is their first intention...
And that you get free products, for example at AudiDeluxe or Plugin Boutique, if you buy paid plugins is a super purchase incentive.
It is of course very honorable, if such plugins, which you got for free, in whatever way, are given away for free here, I also have done that.
But for the reasons mentioned above I think it's also absolutely ok if such plugins are sold for a small price.
And most of these buyers are glad that they snagged a worthy plugin for a bargain because they do not want to register on certain sites or do not want to buy something from a reseller, in order to get their desired product.
I also think, that getting some plugins for a small price is a good chance for beginners.
These are the buyers of other (more expensive?) plugins of tomorrow.
But yes: plugins for free are of course alway welcome...
PS: sorry for my bad English...

To the questions about reselling, for Focusrite and Novation, you are not allowed to transfer/share these licenses. I'm pretty sure the other items getting 'resold' are the same. Technically the license could be cancelled at any time for violating that policy (so buyer beware if you buy/use gray market licenses) and your Focusrite account canceled/restricted from further software if you sell/share them. I'm surprised this website is so chill about facilitating these violations. From Focusrites TOS legalease:
Subject to Users’ compliance with and notwithstanding any divergent provision of these Terms, the Owner merely grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the software and/or any other technical means embedded in the Service within the scope and for the purposes of The Focusrite group and the Service offered.

Mine was a new account so I don't know. You should email them to be sure. I don't see it say limited to new subscriptions anywhere.Sebastiantheseeker wrote: Wed Oct 12, 2022 6:33 am so i have loopcloud already but it expires at the end of november... is this deal only for NEW accounts?
