No input to ENGINE from Logic Pro X

Mac OS Monterey, Logic Pro 10.7.4, latest ENGINE version downloaded today:

I can play the standalone ENGINE.
I can call up ENGINE as a software instrument in Logic Pro. (Midi channel 1 is selected in ENGINE and Logic)
I can then mouse-click the keys on the ENGINE's UI and get sound.
I can NOT play the ENGINE in Logic from my midi keyboard: No reaction on the GUI, no sound.

I have no problem with other plugins on the same instrument channel.

What is it? Never had this before...

Hi Josh,

Do you have already contacted Best Service support about the issue? For me it sounds like not correctly set up midi channel in your track or keyboard.
