Reproducible bugs with grouping and clip fx/takes

Hi

First I want to say I'm enjoying W12 - seems more stable/polished than previous versions, and overall I'm liking it a lot. So great job, devs.

However I've run into some fairly major bugs recently - I think they are 100% reproducible.

Firstly, regarding grouped clips that don't copy correctly (this one is more annoying than anything else, since it wont result in lost work).

Create 2 midi clips - Add some random notes to each.
Group the 2 clips.
Copy grouped clip by ctrl-dragging.

Result (100% repro): original group splits into 2 new clips, but are a "group" of one.
They only have one group member, but you still have to ungroup them to treat them as single clips again.

Secondly, there seems to be some serious issues with clip effects and/or comping (or the combination of both). I'm not sure if i have the simplest version of this bug here, but this is the one I can repro reliably:

Record audio with multiple takes (ie . record in loop mode)
Apply warp time clip effect to the clip - add some markers. move them around.
Save and close edit.
Reload edit.
Result: Takes in the clip can no longer be accessed. Clicking the + button doesn't do anything.

A more egregious version of the same issue (resulting in lost work):

Record audio with multiple takes (ie . record in loop mode)
Uses the comping feature to select sections from each take.
Hide takes.
Apply warp time clip effect - add some markers. move them around.
Save and close edit.
Reload edit.
Result: Audio Clip is now silent(lost?) and takes can no longer be accessed

I can avoid these by flattening my take comps before using warp time, or before exiting,(or generally, as soon as im happy with it!) but it can be easy to forget to do.
