I just wanted to add my 5 cents to this discussion, and by the way I'm not a newby anymore by a long shot so you guys can converse with me now. Anyway, I recently got Tracktion and started working with it and its blowing my mind. Especially the audio routing and effects part of it. When I run Tracktion with FL(Yes, I primarily use FL-it really is a great program)as a vsti, I'm in heaven. But as far as Tracktion goes, i'm definitely converted and am trying to learn as many things as I can about it. The only problem I have with it so far is the midi(which i know is being worked on). The piano roll in FL is still the best. tracktion kicks a** though.

its funny because my real name is joseph Nickel, I swear. And I didn't give myself the nickname-it was just too easy for my friends. anyway, I'm a new tracktion user and I love it.
