Hello,
I have a track with different time signatures: a first part in 7/8 and a second part in 4/4.
I wanted to add several measures to my first part, so used "Insert blank space".
But impossible to have my second part kept synchronized, my clips are completely off grid, even when I try to transform my second part in 8/8...
I tried with Tempo change remapping on and off, no difference.
I tried with the Arranger track to copy some measures of my first part, no difference.
Same quirk with "Delete Marked" function...
Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

This may just be a coincidence but I had a different problem with a song in 7/8. I tried to import a MIDI file with this time signature from another notation app and WF couldn't handle it correctly. It halved the note length and tempo so it sounded okay but was impossible to edit. I had to manually move every note to the correct start and duration
. If you search you should find my post in this board.
Sorry I can't suggest a fix or even give a logical explanation why we're both having problems with 7/8 but I'm afraid I'd guess it's a bug with the DAW, not something you are doing wrong. You might have to manually edit the 4/4 section to correct it.
p.s. don't bother with asking Tracktion support, they never even attempted to fix it when I reported my issue.
