So I've been using Diva (VST3) in Bitwig on Windows 10 for a track that just plays 3 note chords, nothing fancy. If I leave my computer idle for a bit, or go check email, watch some Youtube then come back, Diva's playback via MIDI is now playing in the wrong key about 9 or 10 semitones higher than it should. I fix it by reloading the project, which I'm guessing is restarting the audio engine as well as the plugin. There's been 2 times where opening the project for the first time that day had the pitch problem.

Diva is the only plugin that seems to have this problem, but I haven't tried any other u-he products on this track. Omnisphere and Pigments aren't having this problem in the project.

My only guess is that there's something going on in Windows where playing audio outside of ASIO is causing the audio engine to glitch somehow?

I don't know if this is a Diva problem, or a Bitwig problem or a Windows problem, but it seems to be specific to Diva. I don't have any other u-he plugins on this track yet...

Never mind. This is a Bitwig bug. I triggered by switching to a browser page that auto-played some video and that caused the problem. It also affected Pigments so it's not isolated to Diva.
