in the thread, the poster has a "code" that can be copied down and used somehow, can someone explain how to do this? i can't find any info when googling

I had a similar question a few weeks ago but for a different module. I also couldn't find out by Googling. You select and copy the code then paste it in with a special button. Here's the advice I got when I asked someone.
In fact I went to the post with the code and its even marked in red on the screen grab! It works!You just copy the code (select all, copy) then paste it into the melda plugin via the 'paste preset' button in below the a-h preset selector and a/b button. It looks like a window with an arrow pointing to the right out of it.
